Please note that this warranty covers faults in manufacture or remanufacture only and does not cover damage to the unit caused by mishandling, incorrect connection or tampering, engine damage due to backfire, internal board and devices damaged by an external source, water damage or high current overload from sources such as high output battery chargers.

In addition we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage whatsoever and however caused (including by way of examples only consequential damage to other parts of the vehicle, injury, loss of income or profits, recovery or car hire costs).

The warranty period starts from the date of sale to the end user. If a unit is replaced during the warranty period, the initial warranty period remains, not a new warranty from the time of the replacement.

Any warranty claims must be returned to ATP Electronic Developments Ltd for inspection and test accompanied by all the relevant information and proof of purchase.

In the event of any conflict between this warranty and our own terms and conditions of sale.

This Warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
