ATP have been offering an ECU testing service since 1988. This provided the ground work for the worlds first automated ECU testing station, the Network 500. This is a real time simulator with integrated full load testing of all outputs. This has expanded over the years to incorporate in house testing for petrol and diesel systems.
Up to 60,000 readings are analysed as part of each test profile, any discrepancies are flagged and highlighted on the resulting printout. A test can run for up to 50 mins with multiple test options for interrogating intermittent faults. An environmental chamber is used to further accentuate heat/vibration related problems. ATP is currently developing a new dynamic in house test system that will take ECU faults diagnosis to a new level.
Simply complete the form below and we will begin the process of testing your ECU. You have an option near the end of the form to either send it in yourself or allow us to arrange a collection on your behalf.
Timescales: ATP will endeavour to test your ECU on the day we receive it, this is influenced by the time that the item is received and the nature of the claimed fault. Intermittent problems or those requiring specific external conditions will take longer to test. Remanufacturing takes an additional 24-48 hours from authorization for rebuild.
